Channel Performance Hub is a private, owner-operated application for reviewing performance data from YouTube channels managed by the operator.
Google user data accessed
With the channel owner’s authorization, the application may access YouTube channel and video information, YouTube Analytics reports, and monetary analytics required to display channel performance.
How data is used
Google user data is used only to retrieve, organize, and display performance information in the operator’s private dashboard. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.
Storage and sharing
Authorization tokens and collected analytics are stored locally on the operator’s computer. Google user data is not sold and is not shared with third parties except when required by law or needed to protect the security of the service.
Retention and deletion
Data is retained only while needed to operate the dashboard. An authorized account can revoke access at any time through its Google Account permissions. Locally stored tokens and associated channel data can then be deleted by the operator.
Google API Services User Data Policy
The application’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Security
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect locally stored credentials and analytics. No method of storage is completely secure.
